双乌镇痛胶囊对大鼠脏器系数的影响

摘　　要：目的观察双乌镇痛胶囊对大鼠脏器系数的影响。方法取SD大鼠80只,按体质量分层随机分为4组,即正常对照组,双乌镇痛胶囊大、中、小剂量组,每组各20只。双乌镇痛胶囊大、中、小剂量(剂量分别为3.0、0.9、0.24 g/kg体质量,分别相当于生药17.4、5.2、1.4 g/kg体质量)组予相应药液10 m L/kg体质量灌胃给药,正常对照组予等容积0.9%氯化钠注射液灌胃给药,均每日1次,每周给药6 d,连续3个月。给药3个月后、停药2周后各组大鼠分期处死,观察各脏器系数变化。结果给药3个月后、停药2周后双乌镇痛胶囊大、中、小剂量组大鼠各脏器系数与正常对照组比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),组织学检查也均未发现异常。结论双乌镇痛胶囊对大鼠未见明显蓄积毒性,在临床剂量下应用是安全的。Objective To investigate the effects of Shuangwu Zhentong Capsule on the organ coefficient of rats. Methods 80 SD rats according to the body quality of stratification were divided into normal control group, Shuangwu Zhentong Capsule high- ,middle- ,low- dose group （3.0,0.9,0.24 g/kg body mass）, the oral route of administration were given for 1 times a day, according to the 10 mL/kg body weight administration with weekly admin- istration of 6 days＇, the 3 consecutive months. The＂ changes of the organ coefficient of the animal were observed after sacrificed. Results The organ coefficient compared with the control group showed no significant difference; 2 weeks after the withdrawal of the organ coefficient of 3 dose group compared with the control group showed no significant difference. Conclusion Shuangwu Zhentong Capsule has no obvious accumulation toxicity, clinical doses are safe.
