超声心动图评价经皮冠状动脉内支架植入术前、后左室收缩、舒张功能的价值

摘　　要：目的 :观察49例心肌梗死患者经皮冠状动脉内支架植入术 (stent)前、后心脏左室收缩、舒张功能的变化。方法 :应用超声心动图检测心肌梗死患者stent术前1周与术后3个月、半年、1年心脏形态与功能。结果 :stent49例术后左心室容量明显减少 ,整体和局部收缩功能明显改善 ,左室收缩、舒张功能较前明显好转。结论 :stent对心肌梗死患者恢复左室收缩。Objectvie:To observe the change of left ventricular(LV) systolic and diastolic function in 49 patients with myocardial infarction(MI) before and after coronary stent implantation.Methods:To detect the heart form and function of patients with MI by echocardiography at 1 week before coronary stent impantation and 3 months,half year and 1 year after coronary stent implantation.Results:the LV volume decreased significantly,the whole and regional systolic tunction improved significantly,LV diastolic and systolic funcfion improved significantly after conronary stent implantation than before stent implantation in the 49 cases with MI.Conclusion:Coronary stent implantation have great benefit to the LV systolic and diastolic function of the patients with MI. [
