镁合金直接化学镀镍工艺的研究

摘　　要：对化学镀镍前处理工艺进行筛选,同时通过单因素试验和正交试验确定以硫酸镍为主盐的化学镀镍工艺配方,优化了镀镍工艺,使基体经简单的前处理即可在化学镀液中获得结合力好的金属镍层。采用扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪、电化学测试等方法对镀层的性能进行表征。Pretreatment process of electroless nickel plating was screened, and the compositions of electroless nickel plating bath in which nickel sulfate was selected as main salt were determined by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment. Results showed that nickel coating with high combining strength can be prepared on the simple-treatment substrate using the optimum process. Meanwhile, properties of the coating were characterized by scanning electron microscope, X-ray diffraction and electrochemical testing method.
