摘  要:在一定温度下对镀铬钢板烘烤一定时间后进行涂漆,主要工序为除油、酸洗、电镀铬、电镀氧化铬和涂漆。研究了氧化铬层铬含量对镀铬板涂饰性的影响,探讨了烘烤时间和温度对镀铬板表面形貌、耐蚀性及其与漆膜之间结合力的影响。当氧化铬层铬含量为19.5~25.0mg/m2时,镀铬板表面具有较好的涂饰性。烘烤温度和烘烤时间对镀铬板表面形貌和耐蚀性无明显影响,但对氧化铬层与漆膜之间的结合力有着明显的影响。在200℃下对镀铬板烘烤20min后,镀铬板的涂饰性最佳。Tin free steel was baked at a certain temperature for some time followed by painting. The main procedures are degreasing, pickling, chromium plating, chromium oxide plating, and painting. The effect of chromium content in chromium oxide layer on the finishing performance of tin free steel was studied. The effects of baking time and temperature on the surface morphology and corrosion resistance of tin free steel and its adhesion to painted coating were discussed. The finishing performance of tin free steel is preferable when the chromium content of chromium oxide layer is 19.5-25.0 mg/m2. The baking temperature and time has no obvious effect on the surface morphology and corrosion resistance of tin free steel, but has significant impact on the adhesion strength between chromium oxide layer and painted coating. The finishing performance of tin free steel is best after baking at 200 ℃ for 20 min.
