摘　　要：目的：探讨团队式系统化管理模式在妊娠期糖尿病中的应用效果。方法：80例妊娠期糖尿病患者随机分成实验组与对照组各40例，实验组采取团队式系统化管理，对照组仅做常规检查，比较两组患者治疗依从性、就诊率及病人流失率。结果：实验组围生期治疗依从性、就诊率、病人流失率均显著优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：团队式系统化管理模式能提高妊娠期糖尿病患者的就医依从性，减少产科相关并发症，保证母婴健康，是一种科学有效的管理模式。Objective：To explore the application effect of team-based systematic management model in gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods：80 cas-es of gestational diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with each of 40 cases, experimental group adopt-ed team-based systematic management, control group only received routine examination, to compare the treatment compliance, visiting rate and loss rate of patients of the two groups. Results：The perinatal treatment compliance, visiting rate and loss rate of patients of experimental group were all significantly better than those of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：team-based systematic management model can improve the medical treatment compliance of gestational diabetes mellitus, reduce obstetric related complications and ensure health of mother and infant, which is a scientific and ef-fective management management mode.
