摘 要:脑卒中是神经系统的常见病、多发病,具有发病率高、致残率高、死亡率高和复发率高等特点,由于脑卒中偏瘫患者多存在运动功能障碍,从而严重影响了其日常生活活动能力。悬吊运动疗法(SET)是一种新型的治疗技术,其核心技术为神经肌肉激活技术,现已越来越多地应用于神经系统疾病治疗中,尤其对改善脑卒中偏瘫感觉运动功能障碍方面的研究有很大进展。本文仅就悬吊运动疗法在脑卒中偏瘫患者中的临床应用进展进行综述。Cerebral apoplexy is a kind of common and frequently-occurring disease of nerve system that with high morbidity, high disability, high mortality and high recurrence rate, and the motor dysfunction that exists in most of hemiplegia patients has severely affected their activities of daily living. Sling exercise therapy (SET) is a new kind of treatment technology, which core technology is neuromuscular activation technology, and it has been more and more applied in the treatment of nerve system diseases, especially greatly promotes the process of studies on improving sensory and motor dysfunction of hemiplegia after cerebral apoplexy. This article would review the process of the clinical application of SET in patients with hemiplegia after cerebral apoplexy.
