摘　　要：针对我国公共部门信息再利用收费制度缺乏的问题,考察英国公共部门信息再利用的收费制度,从宏观和微观两个角度分析公共部门信息收费的障碍,在此基础上提出我国在制定公共部门信息再利用收费制度时应注意的问题,并简要分析微博等新信息公开方式的引入对公共部门信息收费制度带来的冲击。In order to address the lack of charging system of public sector information re-use in China,the article overviews the information re-use charging policies in UK, analyzes the obstacles of charges for using public sector＇s information at macro- and microscopic scales,and puts forward several noticeable points when making the relative policies. In addition,the authors also make a brief analysis of the impact that new media have on the use of public sector information.
