摘　　要：通过网络调研,搜集我国台湾高校图书馆ISO9000质量管理体系文件和其他相关材料,分析其导入与施行ISO9000质量管理体系的特点,指出我国大陆可根据实际情况加以借鉴。Through surveying the websites of universities and their libraries in Taiwan of China which have certified ISO9000 quality systems,this paper collects the documents of quality system and other related materials,and then analyzes the characteristics of those libraries implementing ISO9000 quality systems,and points out that their experiences can be used for reference by Chinese mainland librarianship.
