摘 要:目的:探讨经阴道实时三维超声造影在评价输卵管通畅性中的价值,并与X线碘油造影作对比。方法:对51例女性不孕症患者共100条输卵管进行实时三维超声造影检查,并将结果与X线碘油造影进行对照分析。结果:实时三维超声造影诊断输卵管通畅为53%(53/100),阻塞为47%(47/100);X线碘油造影诊断输卵管通畅为56%(56/100),阻塞为44%(44/100),两组检查结果相比,差异无统计学意义(P=0.508),一致性较好(κ值为0.819)。结论:经阴道实时三维超声造影与X线造影有很高的一致性,值得临床广泛应用。Objective To assess the value of transvaginal real-time three-dimensional hysterosalpingo-contrast sonography (RT 3D-HyCoSy) with Sonovue in the assessment of tubal patency an then compare the result with that of X-ray hysterosalpingography (HSG). Methods RT 3D-HyCoSy with SonoVue was used to examine 100 fallopian tubes in 52 infertile women, and the results were compared with those of HSG. Results 53% (53/100) fallopian tubes were normal and 47% (47/100) were obstructed on RT 3D-HyCoSy, while 56% (56/100) tubes were normal and 44% (44/100) were obstructed on HSG. There were no statistical differences between the two exmaintion methods (P = 0.508 and P 〉 0.05 for both comparisons). The consistency of RT 3D-HyCoSy with HSG was better, with a K value of 0.819. Conclusions RT 3D-HyCoSy has high consistency with HSG in the assessment of tubal patency; and it is worth popularizing in the clinical practice.
