摘  要:研究单晶金刚石刀具切削有色金属的磨损机理,分析切削过程影响加工工件表面粗糙度的影响因素和切削速度、进给量、背吃刀量等因素对积屑瘤生成的影响,以及积屑瘤对刀具切削力的影响。给出了切削过程中刀具与工件接触区温度和压力过高,导致金刚石刀具刃口发生石墨化、溶解、崩刃等磨损破损。前后刀面磨损、崩刃是金刚石刀具磨损主要形态。金刚石刀具磨损是微观磨损的不断积累,其磨损程度与磨损速度取决于金刚石碳原子在有色金属或在其它非金属材料原子中的溶解率。Study the tool wear mechanism of single crystal diamond tool cutting the non - ferrous metal. By analyzing the factors affecting surface roughness of the machined workpiece and the effect of cutting speed, feed rate, depth of cut on the formation of built - up edge and cutting force are investigated. The study shows that the high temperature and pressure in contact area between the cutting tool and the workpiece result graphitization, dissolution, chipping, breakage and abrasion in the cutting edge, the rake face wear and chipping are the main wear morphology of single crystal diamond tool. The diamond tool wear is the accumulation of microscopic wear, and the degree of wear and wear rate depend on the dissolve rate of the diamond carbon atoms in the non -ferrous metal or other non metal atoms.
