摘　　要：在W4Mo3C4VSi直柄麻花钻的热处理过程中,通过两种不同的淬火温度,比较在这两种淬火温度下材料的淬火晶粒度、回火后的组织、回火后的硬度。通过性能试验,对比试验结果,发现适当提高淬火温度能有效提高直柄麻花钻的使用寿命。In the heat treatment processing of W4Mo3C4VSi high speed steel drills, we use two different temperatures in order to compare the size of the graze after quenching, the structure and the hardness after annealing. Then compare the performance of the dills. Form the resuhs we found that some raise quenching temperature could raise the life of the drills.
