摘  要:试验主要研究甘露聚糖酶、α-半乳糖苷酶和木聚糖酶组合以及进一步与地衣芽孢杆菌配伍对肉仔鸡生产性能及营养物质消化率的影响。试验选用1日龄AA肉仔鸡1320只,随机分为3个处理,每处理设22个重复,每重复20只肉仔鸡,试验期42 d10处理Ⅰ组为对照组饲喂基础日粮;处理Ⅱ组在基础日粮中添加80 mg/kg甘露聚糖酶+80 mg/kgα-半乳糖苷酶+160 mg/kg木聚糖酶;处理Ⅲ组在处理Ⅱ组日粮中添加200 mg/kg地衣芽孢杆菌。试验结果表明:0-42 d,与处理Ⅰ组相比,处理Ⅱ组、处理Ⅲ组平均日采食量分别提高1.79%(P〈0.05)、2.67%(P〈0.05),平均日增重分别提高2.65%(P〈0.05)、3.94%(P〈0.05),料重比均呈下降趋势;与处理Ⅰ组相比较,处理Ⅱ组、处理Ⅲ组的干物质表观消化率分别提高8.93%(P〈0.05)、10.83%(P〈0.05),能量表观消化率分别提高5.00%(P〈0.05)、7.80%(P〈0.05),粗蛋白质表观消化率分别提高4.45%(P〈0.05)、6.49%(P〈0.05)。The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of complex enzyme(mannase, α-ga-lactosidase, xylanase), alone or in combination with Bacillus licheniformis on performance and digest-ibility of broiler chickens. A total of 1 320 one-day-old AA broilers were allocated to 1 of 3 treat-ments, with 22 replicate pens per treatment and 20 birds per pen,in a randomized complete blockdesign from 1 to 42 d. The dietary treatments were designated as: basal diet alone [Group Ⅰ(Con-trol)]; basal diet + complex enzyme(80 mg/kg mannase, 80 mg/kg α-galactosidase, 160 mg/kg xyla-nase)[Group Ⅱ]; basal diet+complex enzyme+200 mg/kg Bacillus licheniformis [Group Ⅲ]. The re-sults showed that the average daily feed intakeand average daily gain of Group II and GroupⅢ, were increased by 1.79% and 2.67%(P〈0.05), 2.65% and 3.94%(P〈0.05), respectively,when compared with Group Ⅰ. Feed to gain ra-tio(F/G) tended to decrease in the Group Ⅱand Group Ⅲ. Apparent digestibility of dry mat-ter, energy and crude protein in the Group Ⅱand Group Ⅲ were increased 8.93% and10.83%(P〈0.05), 5.00% and 7.80%(P〈0.05), 4.45% and 6.49%(P〈0.05), respectively, when comparedwith the Group Ⅰ. Results indicated that complex enzymes and in combination with Bacillus licheni-formis supplementation in diets could improve the performance and apparent nutrient digestibility ofbroiler chickens.
