摘 要:针对传统电站机炉两侧在热质传递过程中均存在的"能级不匹配"现象。文中提出一种新型机炉耦合热集成系统,该系统基于炉侧空气吸热过程、汽轮机回热过程的能量品位变化规律,提出将炉侧与汽机侧的吸热和放热过程充分交叉融合,通过机炉之间烟气、蒸汽、给水和空气等多工质传热过程间的充分集成,更好地实现空气预热过程和回热加热过程的能量梯级利用。结合某典型1 000 MW超超临界燃煤机组的实际运行数据,分析了新型热集成系统的传热特性和节能收益。结果表明:新型热集成系统可使机组供电煤耗降低4.02 g/(kW-h),年节煤收益达1 525.49万元,系统节能效益显著。In order to resolve the "energy grade mismatch"problem which is common during the heat and mass transfer processes of the boiler and the turbine in the conventional power plants, this paper proposed a heat integration system based on boiler-turbine coupling. Considering the energy grade change principles of the air preheating process on the boiler side and the regenerative process on the turbine side, the proposed system combined these two processes together creatively. By fully integrating the heat transfer process of working mediums such as flue gas, steam, feed water and air,energy cascade utilization of the air preheating process and the regenerative process was finally realized. Combined with the actual operation data of a typical 1000 MW ultra-supercritical coal-fired unit, the heat transfer characteristics and energy-saving benefits of the heat integration system were analyzed in detail. Results show that the proposed system has excellent performance: comparing to conventional system, the power supply coal consumption of the proposed system reduces by 4.02 g/(kW·h), saving on 15.2549 million CNY for coal investment annually.
