摘　　要：中药材生长、采摘、运输以及中药饮片和中成药的加工、生产有自身的特点,价格影响因素较多。中药价格形成机制应当保护中药资源、引导中药资源的合理开发、降低中药价格形成中的交易费用成本。本文分析了中药材、中药饮片、中成药价格形成的特点;提出了中药价格形成机制的体系,并且提出了实施中药材储备战略;编制中国中药材价格指数;发挥行业协会对中药饮片的监管优势;对创新、优质中成药进行价格保护等配套措施。Traditional Chinese medicines have characteristics in processing and production, these characteristics have influence on the price. Drug price formation mechanism should protect traditional Chinese medicine resources, promote rational development of traditional Chinese medicine resources, and reduce transaction costs in price formation. This paper analyzes the characteristics in the price formation of traditional Chinese medicines, recommends the system of price formation mechanism of traditional Chinese medicines, and recommends sugges- tions as： implement deposit strategy of Chinese herbal medicines; draw up price index of Chinese herbal medicines; develop association＇s advantages in regulatory; implement price protection for innovative and highquality Chinese medicines.
