摘　　要：社会网络对员工的影响日益成为学界关注的热点。社会网络的对个体的影响功能和作用使得社会网络理论很快被管理学界所注意,并逐步将其引入到企业研究中,尤其是员工行为研究中,形成了不同的视角和理论观点,为了进一步理顺研究思路和提高研究层次,有必要对现有研究进行梳理和总结。The impact of social network（SN） on employees in enterprise management is increasingly becoming the focus of academia. This paper tries to analyze the existing literature relating to it from the three aspects： its nature and function, the impact of social network on employee psychology, the impact of social network on employee behavior.On that basis ,this paper puts forward some prospects for development trend of research in the future.
