摘 要:国投煤炭教学三矿三软煤层炮采后,采空区留有大量残煤。分析了复采残煤的方法,确定了采用双输送机悬移支架放顶煤机采工艺复采残煤。在研究复采工作面矿山压力显现特征的基础上,评价了悬移支架适应性。针对煤层厚度变化大的特点,采用动态放煤工艺参数。煤炭复采取得了显著的技术经济效益。After blasting caving in three-soft mining area of SDIC Coal No.3 Teaching Mine, a large of coal is left in goal. On the basis of the analysis on recovery method, the residual coal recovery technology is determined which is mechanized caving mining with double-conveyor movable support. Adaptability of the movable support is evaluated after researching on the characteristics of strata behavior of repeated mining face. According to the feature of great variation in coal seam thickness, dynamic coal-caving parameters are adopted. Coal repeated mining has achieved obvious technical and economic benefits.
