摘 要:为了进一步研发高效阻化剂抑制煤炭自燃,对灵石肥煤在不同配比阻化剂下进行双氧水氧化升温试验和活化能试验,通过煤样氧化升温趋势及活化能的变化,考察阻化剂的阻燃效果,并对阻化机理进行了分析。试验结果表明,当新型阻化剂的质量配比为MgCl2∶CaCl2∶NaCl=10∶4∶1时,煤氧化升温速度大幅降低,活化能明显增大,阻化时间变化率为45.06%,煤的氧化自燃被明显抑制,对灵石肥煤阻化效果最好。新型阻化剂具有制备简单、成本低、无毒无害且使用方便等优点。In order to further research and development of high efficiency inhibited agent to restrain the coal spontaneous combustion, the rich coal sample of Lingshi has been investigated by H2O2 oxidation test and activation energy test under different ratio of inhibitor. Through the changing of coal oxidization warming and activation energy, the flame retard effect of inhibitor has been investigated. The inhibition mechanism has been analyzed. The test results showed that oxidation accelerating temperature of coal decrease sharply and activation energy of coal sample increase significantly when the ratio of new inhibitor of MgCl2:CaCl2: NaCl= 10 : 4: 1. The changing rate of inhibition time was 45.06 %. The new inhibitor has the advantages of easy preparation, low cost, non-toxic, harmless and convenient to use.
