摘  要:介绍了某型AP1000核电汽轮机高压转子的强度判据,通过对稳态运行工况和冷态启动、温态启动、热态启动和正常停机5个过程的瞬态变工况的温度场与应力场计算,超速110%和超速120%工况的强度计算,验证了原设计仅在冷态启动工况存在8个部位不能满足强度判据要求。通过结构改进使得优化的最终设计方案的额定负荷强度、应力腐蚀强度、瞬态变工况强度及超速试验强度均符合强度设计判据,其强度设计合格,将有利于汽轮机长周期安全运行。According to the strength criterion for high-pressure rotor of an APJ000 nuclear steam turbine, transient thermal and structure analysis were conducted under steady-state operation, cold startup, warm startup, hot startup and normal shutdown conditions, while strength calculation was performed under 110% and 120% overspeed conditions, based on which 8 positions in the original design was found to be unable to meet the requirements of strength criterion. Through structural improvement, the strength of rotor in optimized design under rated, transient, stress corrosion and overspeed conditions can all meet the strength criterion, proving the final strength design to be qualified, which will be beneficial to long-term operation of the steam turbine.
