摘  要:对实际工程中常用的10种不同折齿形螺旋鳍片管的烟气侧传热特性和烟气阻力特性进行试验研究,得出每一种螺旋鳍片管烟气侧传热特性和阻力特性的计算关联式,为余热锅炉传热系数和阻力系数的计算提供依据;同时根据计算关联式,分析了鳍片间距、鳍片高度、横向节距和管子外径等结构尺寸对传热特性和阻力特性的影响,为进一步优化鳍片管的结构、提高烟气侧传热系数和减小阻力系数提供依据。Through experimental study on heat transfer and flue gas resistance characteristics at flue gas side of 10 different types of helical serrated finned tubes typically used in actual engineering, correlation formulae were obtained for each type of helical serrated finned tube, so as to provide the basis for calculation of heat transfer and resistance coefficients of the heat recovery steam generator (HRSG). Based on above correlation formulae, the effects of following factors on the heat transfer and resistance characteristics were analyzed, such as the fin spacing, fin height, lateral pitch and tube size, etc., which may serve as a reference for optimizing the structure size of finned tubes, promoting the heat transfer coefficient and lowering the resistance coefficient.
