摘  要:根据10年来30起大型汽轮发电机组发生碰摩故障的实例,对发生碰摩故障时机组所处的工况进行了统计分析,结果表明:大型汽轮发电机组在大修后首次启动发生碰摩故障的比率增加,因运行引起的碰摩故障比率增大。结合现场实际案例阐述了机组在不同工况下发生碰摩故障所表现的特征,分析了引起机组碰摩故障的主要原因,进一步提出了现场处理碰摩故障的有效措施,为大型汽轮发电机组的安全运行提供了技术参考与依据。Based on 30 cases of rub-impact faults occurring in large turbo-generator sets in the past decade, a statistical analysis was made to the working conditions under which the rub-impact faults happened. Results show that the rate of rub-impact faults is increasing for the first start-up after overhaul of large turbo-generator sets, and the rate of rub-impact faults caused by unit operation is increasing too. In combination with actual field cases, characteristics of rub-impact faults in large turbo-generator sets were studied under different working conditions, while main causes leading to the faults were analyzed, and subsequently corresponding counter-measures were proposed, which may serve as a reference for safe operation of large turbo-generator units.
