摘  要:针对空冷凝汽器采用带齿轮箱的驱动系统呈现的问题,提出采用直驱式低速永磁同步电动机驱动大直径轴流风机的方案;介绍了该电动机的特性以及为1 000 MW空冷机组配套的132kW永磁同步电动机及9 144mm直径轴流风机的研制试验过程,对经济效益进行了初步分析。实践证明:使用低速永磁同步电动机传动的轴流风机工作可靠稳定,节能效果显著。To solve the problems occurring in air-cooling condensers caused by gearbox drive unit, a scheme is proposed by adopting a direct-drive low-speed permanent magnet synchronous motor to drive the large-diameter axial flow fan. Moreover, an introduction is presented to the motor characteristics and the process of developing and testing the 132 kW permanent magnet synchronous motor and 9 144 mm diameter axial flow fan, both of which are used to match a 1 000 MW air-cooling condenser unit, while a preliminary analysis is carried out on the unit economic benefit. It has been found that the axial flow fan driven by low-speed permanent magnet synchronous motor can operate reliably and is able to achieve a remarkable energy-saving effect.
