摘 要:针对某发电公司1号锅炉水冷壁管壁温度出现频繁超温以及灰渣含碳率较高的状况,分析了水冷壁超温是因为乏气侧着火较差及配风模式的不合理导致火焰下冲过度造成的;采取对二次风配风、煤粉细度、乏气挡板等多方面的燃烧调整,调整后的运行结果表明:水冷壁管壁的超温问题得到解决,热负荷分布更加均匀,灰渣含碳率明显下降。To solve the problems of frequent water wall over-temperature and high carbon content in ash of the No. 1 boiler in a power plant, an analysis was carried out, through which the problems were found to be caused by poor combustion at exhaust gas side and unreasonable way of air distribution, leading to the over downward flame. Combustion adjustments were subsequently conducted on following aspects, such as the secondary air distribution, pulverized coal fineness and the exhaust gas valve, etc. Operation results prove above adjustments to be effective, i.e. the water wall over-temperature problem is solved, the thermal load is more uniformly distributed and the carbon content in ash is obviously reduced.
