摘　　要：选取中国钢铁产品进口中首例进口保障措施案件和首例"双反"调查案件,从进口规模、进口价格以及国内产量等方面分析我国贸易救济措施的实施效果,针对我国钢铁产品进口贸易摩擦的正负面影响进行了总结。This paper analyzed the iron and steel products safeguard case, antidumping and countervailing case of grain oriented flat-wiled electrical steel in China＇s import of steel products, made a research of trade friction effects on China＇ s import scale, import price and domestic output of steel products, further explained the positive and negative influence of trade friction on China＇s import of steel products..
