新生代农民工城镇化对农村的影响

摘　　要：新生代农民工城镇化推动了农村经济发展,加快了农村城镇化进程,推进了农村乡村治理,同时,也阻碍了农业的发展,带来了对农村基层政府的失望,影响了农村的和谐稳定。为此,建议创新农村土地制度,引导农户经营主体转变;加大政策支持,吸引农民工返乡创业;完善农村公共服务体系,加强农村村级组织建设。The new generation peasant-works urbanization drove rural economic,speeded up the process of urbanization in rural areas,promoted the rural village governance.But at the same times,it hindered the development of agriculture, brought to the rural grass-roots government disappointment, affected the harmony and stability of the society.This paper puts forward three suggestions.First, through the innovation of rural land system, to transform the farmer management. Second,increasing policy support, to attract migrant workers returning home for business .Third, to improve the rural public service system, strengthen the construction of village organization.
