益气活血利水方治疗冠心病心衰疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：分析益气活血利水方对冠心病心衰患者心功能指标改善情况的影响。方法选取我院2012－02～2014－08间冠心病心衰门诊及住院患者58例，将其随机分为观察组与对照组。结果观察组在治疗后的LVEF、CI、E／A指标上明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义，（ P＜0.05）；两组在治疗14 d后疗效对比，观察组疗效明显优于照组，差异具有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论在常规的治疗基础上，加益气活血利水中药汤剂能够有效的对冠心病心衰患者心功能指标改善，有利于病情的恢复。Objective To analyze the effect of Yiqihuoxuelishuifang prescription on cardiac function in heart failure patients with coro -nary artery disease to improve the situation.Methods Selecting 58 hospitalized patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure in the hospital from February, 2012 to August, 2014, and randomly dividing them into observation group and control group.Results After treat-ment, LVEF, CI, E/A index in the observation group were significantly better than the control group ,and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）;after 14 days, the treatment efficacy of the observation group was significantly better than the control group , and the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ）.Conclusion Based on the conventional treatment ,Yiqihuoxuelishuifang prescription can effectively improve the indicators of cardiac function in heart failure patients with coronary heart disease ,and it is favorable for the patients′recovery.
