品管圈改善儿童病房吸氧合格率的作用

摘　　要：目的探讨品管圈(QCC)活动在提升儿童病房吸氧合格率的作用。方法 8名儿童病房护士自愿组成QCC活动小组,依据QCC活动步骤:选定主题→圈徽、圈名选定→现状调查并分析原因→设定目标→对策制定及实施步骤进行QCC活动。结果QCC实施后,患儿吸氧合格率显著高于QCC实施前,吸氧导管的滑出率显著低于实施前,住院天数显著低于QCC实施前、感染率显著低于实施前,两两比较,均P<0.05。结论 QCC活动通过全体圈员的广泛参与和共同努力,可有效提升患儿吸氧合格率、降低吸氧导管滑出率、住院时间及感染率,并提升QCC团队成员的和谐度、默契感、凝聚力,值得应用。Objective To explore the role of QCC improving Oxygen passing rate in children′s ward.Methods 8 nurses from chil-dren′s ward attended QCC team voluntarily.According to the QCC activities steps：selecting topics→selecting the name and emblem of QCC circle→investigation and analysis of the reasons→setting goals→countermeasure development and implementation , QCC activities were im-plemented.Results The oxygen passing rate after QCC implementation was significantly higher than that before QCC implementation ,and the oxygen catheter slide after QCC implementation was significantly lower than that before QCC implementation .The days of hospitalization after QCC implementation was significantly less than that before QCC implementation ,and the infection rate after QCC implementation was significantly lower than that before QCC implementation , P〈0.05.Conclusion QCC activity, through all members broad participation and joint efforts, could effectively improve the oxygen pass rate ,reduce oxygen catheter slide rate ,infection rate,catheter slide rate and hospitali-zation days ,and enhance the harmony and understanding sense of cohesion of the QCC team members.So it is worth application.
