摘　　要：地震灾害造成了大量的人员伤亡和财物损失，因此房屋的抗震设计具有很重要的现实意义。这就要求在房屋建筑施工中，要做好多地震地区建筑结构的抗震设计。本文着重对建筑结构的设计理念和抗震设计的要点进行了介绍。Earthquake caused a large number of casualties and property loss, so it has very important practical significance to carry out seismic design of buildings. This requires the seismic design of building structure of construction of housing constr-uction in seismic area. This paper focused on the architecture design and the seismic design points.
