摘　　要：近年来，我国城市人口不断增多，城市的规模不断扩大，随之衍生出很多的社会问题。面对日益增加的城市人口，城市如何解决居民住房问题变得越来越迫切。其中最有效的解决方法之一，就是增加高层建筑的数量，这对转换层施工技术是一次考验。In recent years, urban population continues to increase, so the city continues to expand in scale which derives a lot of social problems. Thus, how to solve the housing problem has becomes more and more urgent. One of the most effective ways is to increase the number of high-rise buildings, which is a test on the construction technology of conversion layer.
