摘 要:清华地理设计平台THGeoDesign(Tsinghua GeoDesign Platform)是按照地理设计理念构架的基于GIS的城乡规划支持系统,可用于规划设计全过程,即从现状数据采集、现状分析、规划方案设计、规划方案评估、模拟、规划方案展示到规划成果输出。首先分析GIS在我国城乡规划设计应用中存在的问题,以及地理设计思想对GIS与城市规划的影响;在此基础上,阐述了THGeoDesign的设计思想、平台构架、功能模型以及系统特点;最后以大庆市西城区分区规划为例,讨论了THGeoDesign的规划应用。实践表明,THGeoDesign是有效的规划设计工具,使得规划设计与规划分析能够有效结合,有助于提升规划设计的效率和规划成果的科学性。THGeoDesign(Tsinghua GeoDesign Platform) is an urban and rural planning support system based on GIS, which is constructed under the guidance of GeoDesign idea. It can be used in the whole process of planning and design, namely data collection, data analysis, planning design, evaluation of planning scheme, simulation of planning scheme, presentation of planning scheme and output of planning results. First of all, this paper analyses the problems existing in the application of GIS in urban and rural planning and design in China and the impact of GeoDesign ideas for urban planning. Based on the above analysis, the design principle, platform framework, functional model and system characteristics of THGeoDesign are introduced. Finally, taking the planning of Xicheng District of Daqing City as the case, the paper discusses the application of THGeoDesign in urban planning. It shows that THGeoDesign is a powerful planning design tool which can enhance the efficiency of planning and the rationality of planning results by combining planning design and planning analysis effectively.
