摘　　要：粉煤灰蒸压加气混凝土砌块面临着原材料减少和易开裂等问题,文章从陶瓷废料的综合利用出发,提出用陶瓷废料制备加气混凝土砌块,从原材料、工艺流程、配方和性能指标等多方面同粉煤灰蒸压加气混凝土砌块及国家标准进行对比评测,并对市场前景进行了分析,论证了陶瓷废料制备蒸压加气混凝土砌块新产品的可行性。Powder Ash Air-entrained Autoclaved Concrete blocks is facing the problem of raw materials reduce and the ease of cracking. This paper starts from the Comprehensive utilization of the ceramic waste, come up with some idea to make aerated concrete blocks by ceramic waste, and make a comparative between Powder Ash Air-entrained Autoclaved Concrete blocks and the national standards through raw materials, process, formulation and performance indicators in many aspects. Also we analyzed the market prospect, discussed the possibility of the way to make Powder Ash Air-entrained Autoclaved Concrete blocks by ceramic waste.
