摘　　要：1835-1928年间的中国早期医院建筑建于清末民初一系列社会大变革中,其建筑风格中与西的交织出现,实与社会环境密不可分;文章结合特定时代背景分析早期医院建筑风格形式变化,以此探讨建筑实践与社会发展的关联。Early hospitals in China emerged in the context of profound social changes toward the end of Qing dynasty and early Republic between 1835 and 1928. Despite Chinese or Western elements on facades, the selection of styles for hospitals was closely intertwined with the complex social environments. This paper analyzes the social factors of the specific time with impact on the architectural style of Chinese hospital buildings, and explores the interactions between architectural practice and social development.
