摘　　要：针对目前关于国家采暖分区的热点讨论,对上海近代建筑采暖历程包括上海近代建筑设备业进行了回溯;通过暖气采暖系统在上海的兴衰变迁历史,来说明制度、习俗、文化、经济等因素对建筑及生活方式的影响。Based on the recent roiling debates of China＇s building heating zone, this paper reviews the history of modern heating system and modern building equipment industry of Shanghai. By introducing the rise and decline of radiator heating system in Shanghai, it reveals that architecture and lifestyles are affected by extraneous factors such as institutions, custom, culture and economics.
