摘　　要：基于实地调研结果,归纳分析东北严寒地区农村老年人居住现状和典型农村住宅的使用状况,综合考虑东北地域特色、严寒气候制约和农村老年家庭居住模式等因素,提出东北严寒地区农村住宅的适老化设计方法,包含空间组构策略、住宅模式菜单和主要空间的精细化设计方法等内容,进而总结东北严寒地区农村住宅的适老化设计原则和实施流程。This paper explicates the current situations and typical use of rural housing for the aged in the Northeast based on field investigation. Analyzing regional characteristics, the restrictions of the severe climate, and rural living pattern of the aged, this paper proposes the design methods of adaptive housing for the aged in the Northeast, including strategies of spatial composition, selection of housing patterns, in-depth design of main space, etc. It also summarizes the principles of design for rural adaptive housing in the Northeast and the procedures of application.
