摘 要:滨海盐渍土的良法栽培对作物打破盐碱地立苗难的瓶颈至关重要,木霉制剂处理盐碱地的研究可为其改善盐渍土、提高作物耐盐碱性提供理论依据和技术支持。木霉制剂处理土壤后,花育20号出苗齐,出苗率、成苗率高,植株长势好,株高增加,有效分枝数多;开花期延迟,开花下针期集中、时间缩短,不孕花减少,双果数提高;一级侧根数增加,二级、三级侧根数大幅度增加,根瘤菌着生早,根瘤数量增加,体积增大,有效根瘤增加;花育20号籽粒还原糖含量提高,蛋白质、糖、脂肪之外的其他物质含量提高,百粒质量提高,产量大幅提高。通过一定的辅助措施可达到帮助花育20号克服盐碱的危害,促进生长发育的效果,促进花育20号的高产优质生产,利于有机农业的发展,促进农业可持续发展。It is important that microbial preparation help plant to germinate in salt-alkaline soil. Trichoderma preparation improved plant to grow and develop in salt-alkaline soil, and to gain information for the application of manure to regulate the salt-alkaline soil. Trichoderma preparation could enlarge peanut HY-20's growth and development. Trichoderma preparation could boost peanut HY-20 seedling emergence rate, enhance its seedling growth condition. The plant HY-20 became higher than CK. There were more effective stalk number. Trichoderma preparation could control peanut blossom. The time was shorter than CK under the blossom period. The health flowers of HY-20 were more than CK. The number of double pod was increased. The peanut HY-20 lateral root was increased. Rhizobium rapidly grew into root of peanut HY-20, the root nodule was bigger, the number of nodule was more than CK. It could impel the content of pod reducing sugar. The 100-grain weight was increased. The yield of peanut HY-20 was more than CK. Trichoderma was used as soil amendment for peanut in the salt-alkaline soil. The result will improve the yield and quality of peanut HY-20.
