甲维盐与阿维菌素对黑腹果蝇雌虫的时间-剂量-死亡率模型分析

摘  要:在小规模敏感性试验的基础上,通过多次重复试验,最后确定通过5个浓度梯度进行内吸性杀虫剂甲维盐和阿维菌素对黑腹果蝇雌虫的室内毒力测定,并利用TDM分析技术对生测数据进行处理。试验结果表明,30 min甲维盐与阿维菌素的LD50依次为31.913 908 83,39 511.497 4 ppm,显示两种药剂在果蝇成虫防治中有一定的应用价值。与传统概率分析技术相比,TDM分析能同时考虑时间效应与剂量效应,适于评价果蝇室内毒力测定结果。On the basis of a small-scale sensitivity test with several repeats, the indoor toxicity test of two systemic insecticides, proclaim OR (banleptm) and avermectins, against Drosophila melanogaster female adults was carried out in 5 dosages, and the data were processed by time-dose-mortality (TDM) model. The results showed that LD50 of proclaim OR (banleptm) and avermeetins were 31.913 908 83 ppm and 139 511.497 4 ppm separately at 30 min, and two insecticides were valuable to control Drosophilidae adults. In conclusion, TDM model technology, which compared with probit analysis technology, considers both time and dosage effects, and adapts to Drosophilidae adults'indoor toxicity test.
