摘  要:目的建立测定益气养阴合剂中厚朴酚、和厚朴酚和延胡索乙素含量的方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为HypersilODS2(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相分别为甲醇:水(75:45,V/V)、甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(用三乙胺调至6.0)(55:45,V/V),流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为294nm,280nm。结果厚朴酚、和厚朴酚和延胡索乙素的的进样量分别在0.208~0.624μg,0.272—0.816μg,0.212~0.636μg范围内与各自峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系(r分别为0.9999、0.9998、0.9998);二者精密度、稳定性、重复性试验的RSD〈2%;平均加样回收率分别为98.26%(RSD=0.55%,n=9),98.18%(RSD=0.80%,n=9),98.47%(RSD=0.75%,n=9)。结论该方法简单、准确、重复性好,可用于益气养阴合剂的质量控制。Objective: To establish a method to determine magnolol, honokiol and tetrahydropalmatine in Yiqiyangyin Mixture. Methods: HPLC was used. The column was HypersilODS2 (150 mm× 4.6 mm, 5 μm), the mobile phase was methanol, the water(75:45, V/ V), methanol -0.1% phosphoric acid solution( adjusted to 6.0 with triethylamine) (55:45, V/V), with a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The detection wavelength was 294 nm and 280 nm. Results : The sample volume of the magnolol, honokiol and tetrahydropalmatine were at the range of 0. 208 to O. 624μg, 0. 272 to 0.816 μg, and 0. 212 to 0. 636 μg, and each peak area value showed a good linear relationship( r = 0.9999, 0.9998 and 0.9998 respectively). Both had the precision, stability and repeatability of test RSD 〈 2%. The average recovery rate was 98.26% ( RSD = 0.55%, n = 9), 98.18% ( RSD = 0.80%, n = 9) and 98.47% ( RSD = 0.75%, n = 9) respectively. Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate, with good repeatability and can be used for the quality control of Yiqiyangyin Mixture.
