摘 要:针对损伤严重钢筋混凝土梁进行环氧树脂修复与碳纤维布加固,加固之后进行力学性能试验,试验结果表明,三根损伤严重破坏的钢筋混凝土梁加固修复处理后,梁的荷载挠度曲线及荷载应力曲线呈现线性,极限承载能力提高达50%左右,结构延性略有下降,结构破坏形态类似受弯构件正截面破坏。试验证明,采用的碳纤维布加固和环氧树脂修复已破坏的钢筋混凝土构件的方法是行之有效的,可为实际工程加固设计提供理论和实际参考。Mechanical performance test on reinforced concrete beams with carbon fiber cloth and epoxy resin were done in this paper. The test beams had seriously structural damage before reinforcement. The test results showed that after reinforcement the load-deflection curve and load-stress curve of test beams were basically linear,and the ultimate bearing capacity of the beams increased by almost 50%. The structural ductility declined slightly and the breaking form was similar to the failure in normal cross section. The test results indicated that the method of reinforcing concrete component with carbon fiber cloth and epoxy resin was effective,which can provide references for reinforcing design of a real project.
