摘　　要：针刺手法中针刺产生的力学问题是阐明针刺手法的本质以及临床疗效观察的重要信息,对于组织中的成纤维细胞和细胞骨架等在形态学、组织化学、生物化学等方面均有一定的影响。该文根据目前最新的研究进展进行归纳,对揭示针灸疗效的机制具有重要的意义。Acupuncture mechanics in acupuncture manipulation of traditional Chinese medicine is important information for elucidating the essence of acupuncture manipulation and clinically observed acuptmcture effects and has some morphological, histochemical and biochemical effects on fibroblasts and cytoskeletons in the tissue. This article generalizes from the present newest research advances, which is of important significance for revealing the mechanism of the therapeutic effect of acupuncture.
