摘 要:随着北极海冰的不断融化,北极航线有望全线开通。目前东北航线是北极航线中开通前景最理想的航线,因其极大地拉近了亚洲市场与欧洲市场的距离,在繁荣两大市场间的贸易方面有着巨大的经济潜力。因此,东北航线的运输经济性受到各国的高度关注。在总结当前学者研究成果的基础上,分析了东北航线各航段的通航情况以及当前俄罗斯对北方海航道的管理政策。然后,以上海至鹿特丹集装箱运输为例,运用成本分析法详细地计算了东北航线与传统航线的成本,根据当前集装箱运价情况将东北航线与传统航线的收益做了对比发现:若单纯比较单航次航运成本,未来一段时间内东北航线不具有明显的经济优势;东北航线因相同时间内可完成更多航次,在净收益中具有明显的经济优势。With the speeding-up ice melting, the possibility of arctic routes' dredging is becoming bigger and bigger. The Northeast Shipping Route has the best prospects for navigation. By shortening the distance between Asia and Europe, the Northeast Shipping Route has great economic potential, which has caused the great concerns of so many countries. Based on the research on the Northeast Shipping Route, the paper analyzed its navigation situation and Russia's management policy of the North Shipping Route. Comparing the revenue of container shipping from Shanghai to Rotterdam by the Northeast Shipping Route and the traditional shipping route, a conclusion was made as follows: in terms of one-voyage shipping costs alone, the Northeast Shipping Route did not have an obvious economic advantage; the Route has an obvious economic advantage in bringing more net revenues because it made possible more voyages in the same period than the traditional shipping route.
