摘　　要：利用360搜索引擎搜集了我国2011年7月至2014年7月3年间网络报道的91例伤医事件,从网络和医院两维角度分析其原因,并提出规范网络报道、加强医院防范、完善法律和医疗保险、引入第三方调解机制,建立政府、医院、网络联动机制等相关对策。91 hospital violence events from July 2011 to July 2014 were collected by 360 search engine and analyzed in aspects of website and hospital. Suggestions such as regularizing website communication, strengthening hospital prevention system, improving law and medical insurance, introducing the third party mechanism and establishing government, hospital and website linkage mechanism were presented.
