摘　　要：随着公立医院的规模扩大和信息化发展,医院运营面临着集团化管理的难题和"信息化孤岛"带来的困境,如何整合数据,将庞大繁杂的数据转化为有用的信息,成为当前公立医院面临的一个重大课题。本文阐述了鄂尔多斯市中心医院借助BI系统,将两院区的会计、成本、预算、物资、固定资产等系统的数据整合到一个数据平台,实现了数据的集中查询和交互分析的精细化运营管理的实践及探索。With the development of hospital scale and information technology, hospital operation faced the difficulties of grouping management and information islands. How to integrate data and transfer them to usable information is the important role for public hospital management. With the help of BI system, Erdos central hospital integrated accounting, cost, budget, material and fixed assets data into one data platform and achieved data sharing and interaction analysis.
