摘  要:以遵义医学院附属医院为例,通过查阅相关资料及现场调研等方式了解贵州省基层卫生人才现状,客观全面分析其基层医疗卫生人才数量、质量、结构及培训需求等,按照长远发展与当前需求相结合的原则,根据新医改对公立医院的要求,结合医院实际开展的住院医师及全科医师规范化培训、基层骨干医师培训及县级医院院长管理培训、对口帮扶、医院托管帮扶、双向转诊帮扶等多种方式的培训工作,以探索大型公立医院在基层卫生人才培养中的作用,取得了显著效果,为提升贵州省基层医疗卫生服务效能做了一些贡献。By literature review and site investigation, status quo of human resources in primary health care institute in Guizhou Province. Based on the analysis of human resources amount, quality, structure and demands on training, followed by principle of combination with long term development and current needs and the requirement of public hospital reform, training program such as resident and general practitioner standardization training, backbone doctor in primary health care institute training and director of county level hospital training, partner assistance, trust and dual referral are carried out to explore the roles of large public hospital training human resources for primary health care institute and has got some effectiveness. It has helped promoting the quality and efficiency of primary health care in Guizhou Province.
