摘　　要：目的:针对螺旋断层放射治疗(Tomo Therapy)系统故障率较传统加速器高的问题,分析影响Tomo Therapy开机率的相关因素,并提出相应对策,以提高设备的使用效率。方法:回顾性分析日常故障记录,总结影响Tomo Therapy开机率的主要因素。结果:影响Tomo Therapy开机率的主要因素分别为:温度冷却系统、空气压缩系统、易损性部件和数据安全系统。结论:对影响螺旋断层放射治疗系统开机率的4个因素提出了相应的保养和维护对策,以降低设备故障率,保证系统安全、高效的运行。Objective： To analyze the factors affecting operation rate of TomoTherapy system, which had higher failure rate compared to the traditional accelerator. Relevant countermeasures had been proposed to increase the operation rate. Methods：To discuss the main factors affecting operation rate of TomoTherapy, the failure record had been analyzed. Results： Temperature cooling system, compressed air system, deteriorating parts and database system had been summarized to be the main factors caused the failure of the TomoTherapy. Conclusion：Some corresponding maintenance measures specific to the four factors had been proposed in order to reduce TomoTherapy failure rate and increase TomoTherapy service efficiency.
