摘  要:目的:研究320排CT冠状动脉造影和血清可溶性ST2(s ST2)的相关性,探讨其对冠心病的诊断价值。方法:选取疑似冠心病患者146例,入院后在常规检查的基础上完善320排CT冠脉造影和s ST2检查,分析两者的相关性。结果:146例患者中30例检测结果在正常范围内;116例320排CT冠脉造影结果和s ST2检测结果明显高于正常值,并随着冠状动脉病变程度的增加而增加。Spearman相关性分析显示,冠心病患者冠状动脉血管狭窄程度和s ST2检测结果的关系:轻度、中度和重度的差异有统计学意义(r=0.751,r=0.641,r=0.638;P<0.05)。结论:320排CT冠脉造影结果和s ST2检测结果呈正相关,可用于冠心病的辅助诊断。Objective: To research the correlation of 320-detector row coronary computed tomography angiography and serum soluble ST2, and thus to investigate the diagnostic values of these indicators. Methods: One hundred and forty six suspected cases of coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital. All patients were asked in detail about medical history and completed 320-detector row coronary computed tomography angiography and serum soluble ST2 check on the basis of routine examination after admission. Results: 320-detector row coronary computed tomography angiography and serum soluble ST2 of 30 cases were normal;320-detector row coronary computed tomography angiography and serum soluble ST2 of 116 cases were statistically higher, the more narrow than coronary artery, and the higher examine results. Spearman correlation analysis showed the relation of the narrow degree of coronary artery and ST2 examine results:Less r=0.751, P〈0.01;Middle r=0.641, P〈0.05; Worse r=0.638, P〈0.05. Conclusion: 320-detector row Coronary Computed Tomography Angiography and serum soluble ST2 are positively related to the severity of coronary heart disease, thus it can be used for the auxiliary diagnosis of coronary heart disease.
