银屑病性关节炎的超声研究进展

摘　　要：银屑病性关节炎与银屑病密切相关,可导致严重的关节损害,具体表现为肌腱末端病、滑膜炎和关节积液、骨侵蚀、腱鞘炎、指炎、指甲病变等。上述病变具有特异的超声表现,超声对其诊断具有重要指导意义。超声检查结果与MRI具有很好的一致性,可以早期、实时、动态观察目标部位,在银屑病性关节炎等累及小关节的病变中较X线、CT、MRI有优势。综述近年来超声在该领域的应用及其研究进展。Psoriatic arthritis, closely associated with psoriasis, can result in severe damage of joints. It is characterized by enthesis, synovitis, joint effusion, bone erosion, tenosynovitis, dactylitis, nail lesions and so on. These lesions have specific sonographic manifestations. Ultrasound is an important toll in diagnosis of psoriatic arthritis. A good consistency can be reached by ultrasound and MRI, and the former has a superiority to X-rays, CT and MRI especially in small joints such as psoriatic arthritis by making a real-time and dynamic observation of target sites in early stage of disease. In recent years, applications and sonographic researches in this field have made significant progress. In this article we reviewed the advances of ultrasound in psoriatic arthritis.
