摘　　要：介绍了负压式集聚纺纱的原理以及国内外负压集聚纺纱的种类,分析了"裕华"负压式集聚纺纱装置的结构及在提高负压管的耐磨性,降低网格圈、胶辊消耗和能耗等方面的技术创新。说明"裕华"负压式集聚纺纱装置具有结构简单、维护成本低、成纱质量好、耗材少、能耗低等优点;指出其应用中应加强各项管理,才能发挥其优良性能。Introduction is made to the know-how of the back-pressurized compact spinning process and the varieties of the same both at home and abroad. Analysis is done to the back- pressurized compact spinning process regarding the structure and the tech-innovation in increasing abrasion resistance of the back-pressure tube, consumption reduction of the lattice apron, the cots and power economy. It proves that the back-pressurized compact spinning process branded Yuhua is of simple structure, low maintenance cost, good spinning quality, less consumption of material and energy. It is pointed out that managements should be reinforced ifnecessary in the application for the potential of the process.
