摘 要:血脑屏障的存在严重阻碍了脑肿瘤化疗药物向脑内递送。纳米粒、脂质体、胶束等纳米载体可显著增加药物的穿过血脑屏障转运的能力,采用单一或双功能基制备的双级靶向纳米载体还可进一步增加药物的脑内递送及在脑肿瘤病变部位的浓集,从而显著提高脑肿瘤的诊断和治疗效果。笔者主要介绍双级靶向纳米载体的设计思路、靶向功能基的最新研究进展,为相关研究提供参考。The delivery of therapeutical agents for brain tumors′ treatment is enormously prevented by the presence of bloodbrain barrier .Nanocarriers such as nanoparticles ,liposomes and micelles can significantly increase the transport of drugs across the bloodbrain barrier .The dualtargeting nanocarriers modified by one or two functional groups can further increase the brain delivery of drugs as well as their accumulation in brain tumors ,resulting in significant improvement in the diagnosis and therapy of brain tumors .This article mainly focused on the recent development of strategies and functional groups of dualtargeting nanocarriers ,providing a reference for relevant investigations .
