摘 要:以离子交换树脂为吸附剂,研究了连续环状色谱(CAC)吸附分离硼酸的性能和数学模型。通过电导率法确定CAC运行稳定后,考察了转速和流量比对硼酸吸附性能的影响,并拟合了各操作条件下的平衡常数和传质系数。结果表明:转速对吸附的影响较大,本体系中转速和流量比应分别小于0.006 7 r/min和204.4。CAC吸附分离硼酸性能良好,能够实现连续、稳定操作,具有工业化应用前景。The Continuous Annular Chromatography(CAC) combined with ion-exchange resin as the adsorbent was applied to investigate the characteristic and model of boric acid adsorption. The conductivity method was used for determining the stability of the CAC system. The results show that the CAC system reaches the stability after 6 h. The influences of rotating speed and flow ratio were studied. The equilibrium constant and mass transfer coefficient under different operating conditions were fitted, which shows that the rotating speed has a significant effect on the adsorption of CAC. The rotating speed and flow ratio should be below 0. 006 7 r/min and 204. 4 in this CAC system, respectively. The CAC has the potential to adsorb boric acid by continuous and steady operation.
