摘 要:在硫酸酸解氯化铵生产无氯复混肥新工艺中,硫酸和氯化铵反应生成硫酸氢铵和氯化氢的过程会产生大量的泡沫,严重影响正常的生产操作。文中研究了H2SO4/NH4Cl摩尔比、消泡桨转速、氯化铵含水质量分数、初始硫酸氢铵倍数等工艺条件对于发泡倍数的影响。结果表明:物料摩尔比对发泡倍数的影响较小;消泡桨转速在400 r/min以上有较好的消泡效果;发泡倍数随氯化铵含水质量分数的增加而减少,在满足复混肥工艺要求的前提下,氯化铵的含水质量分数为30%可以起到较好的消泡效果;对于反应底料硫酸氢铵,当达到30倍用量时,基本可以消除泡沫的影响。In the new production process of chlorine-free compound fertilizer, a large amount of foam was generated in the course of sulfuric acid reacting with ammonium chloride to produce ammonium bisulfate and hydrogen chloride, which seriously affected the normal production. The effects of the molar ratio of H2SO4 to NH4CI, the rotation speed of defoaming propeller, the moisture mass fraction of ammonium chloride, and the initial amount of NH4HSO4 on foaming multiple were investigated. The results show that foaming multiple is less effected by the molar ratio of H2SO4 to NH4Cl, and defoaming propeller is effective at the rotation speed above 400 r/min, with the moisture mass fraction of ammonium chloride increasing, foaming multiple was reduced significantly, and the optimal for the moisture mass fraction is 30% in order to meet the requirement of the chlorine-free compound fertilizer; as amount of ammonium hydrogen sulfate, the interference of foam is eliminated when the amount reaches more than 30 multiple.
