摘  要:本研究分为两个试验,试验一研究了在奶牛日粮中添加肽乐新S(为微生态与抗菌肽复合物)对奶生产奶量的影响。采用单因子试验设计,选用产奶量、胎次、泌乳期等生理状况相似的荷斯坦黑白花奶牛20头,随机分为对照组、肽乐新S组,每组10头。对照组饲喂基础日粮,肽乐新S组饲喂添加50g/(d·头)肽乐新的基础日粮。试验二研究了在奶牛日粮中添加肽乐新S对牛奶中体细胞数的影响,试验选取9头体细胞数偏高的荷斯坦黑白花奶牛作为试验动物,每头牛每天添加50g肽乐新S。结果显示:在相同的饲养条件下,在基础日粮中添加肽乐新S50g/(d·头),可提高奶牛平均产奶量1.3kg/(d·头),体细胞数平均降幅达58%,显著提高了奶牛的产奶量和奶品质,并且降低了奶牛患隐性乳房炎的风险。Two experiments were conducted to investigate the effects of the complexes of mi- eroecological agent and antimicrobial peptide (MAP) on the milk yield and somatic cell of milk in dairy cows. Experimentl was arranged as complete randomized design with a repetition of 20 and to investigate the effects of MAP on the milk yield in dairy cows. The dietary treatments included : Control and test groups fed with 50g MAP per day. The experiment 2 was arranged as complete randomized design with a repetition of 9 and to investigate the effects of MAP on the somatic cell of milk in dairy cows. The dietary treatments also included : Control and test groups fed with 50g MAP per day. The results showed that the MAP increased the yield of milk 1.3kg per day and de- creased the somatic cell in the milk by 58%.
